F100 Door Locks Issue

F100 door locks issue.

I did email aaron punkassgearhead88 but his 57 f100 has door locks on both. 2017 f350 xlt has power door locks but when unlocked and i try to open the drivers door i can see the manual lock unlock rod sticking through the top of the door panel drops into the locked position.
